Flowering in November, perfect morning, and WIP Wednesday.

1) Walking home from school I turn a corner and am greeted by a hedge covered in pink flowers. On my left, tiny blue blooms adorn a tree.

2) There’s sunshine, friends, gingerbread cake, tea, and one small extremely cute boy to play with. A perfect morning.

3a) The yarn I ordered online arrived, and was completely wrong for the project I originally had in mind for it. Then I realised it would be ideal for a different project :-).

3b) So here is today’s Work-in-Progress Wednesday – my Hat for James.

I’m still continuing to plug away at my lacy waistcoat, having finally managed to source the final ball of yarn. It’s nearly done!

Go here for more of today’s Three Beautiful Things and here, for more of Wednesday’s Works-In-Progress.
